We are taking pride in offering a safe and honest trade atmosphere, doing what we can to avoid e-mail phishing and other problems with scammers etc.
We are the owners of the domain http//:smedegaarden.net, and this means that all emails coming from our side to you as a costumer, always have the @smedegaarden.net on the end.

If you receive emails without @smedegaarden.net, it wont be from our organisation.
Please do not respond to any mails sent with our signature or name withouth having the @smedegaarden.net domain included, in order to avoid Mail phishing etc.

Our bank info are stated at the bottom of our invoice. The invoice file is protected by a code system and cannot be altered or changed.
This is also a measure taken to avoid criminal actions, and to avoid that e-mail phishing taking place and handing over wrong bank info to you as a costumer.

 

Sales Terms

All parts are subject being unsold until written order and payment/downpayment acc. To agreement has been made. Resale wont be done for 5 working days when written order confirmation has been received, but if payment for invalid reason doesn't arrive in time, the parts will be subject to further sale. All goods are sold as is where is and will not be taken back unless clearly stated and specified in writing.Seller gives no warranty of any kind on any goods sold unless clearly specified in writing. All goods are to be paid before pick up, shipment or loading, either in cash or through bank transfer. Title of the goods will not pass on to the purchaser until the purchaser has paid for the goods in full. Paid equipment, or equipment partly paid can be stored for shipment maximum 7 days from receipt of payment, unless specified and agreed in writing. Items and goods not picked up after payment, after a storage period for 1 year, will fall back to seller as sellers proporty, giving the seller the right to sell the equipment as his property without reimbursing buyer, unless else specific agreed and specified in writing between buyer & seller. Buyer can alternative pay a storage price equal to sellers costs pr. M2/mdr. Plus administrations and handling fee etc. to cover costs for heating, handling etc. unless otherwise specific agreed in writing between buyer and seller. All prices are plus the Danish VAT 25% if you/your company does not hold a valid VAT number. If you/your company is listed outside EU, VAT regulations does not apply.
